New UV Curable Acrylated Urethane-Oligoesters Derived From Poly(Ethylene Terephthalate) PET Waste 从聚对苯二甲酸乙酯PET废料中提取的新型UV固化丙烯酸氨基低聚酯

The glycolysis products of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) waste represent a potential source for many value-added products that contain terephthalate repeating units in their backbones. Terephthalate repeating units were not attained directly from terephthalic acid due to its high melting point in addition to its tendency to sublime before it reacts. Glycolysis of PET provides an excellent solution for recycling polymer waste and constitutes a substantial starting material for manufacturing materials with high mechanical stress, such as unsaturated polyesters and polyurethane products. In this study, PET was first depolymerized by glycolysis, and glycolyzed products were then dimerized by reaction with toluene di-isocyanate TDI with half equivalence of their hydroxyl groups for the purpose of inserting urethane blocks into the oligomer structure. The remaining half equivalence of terminal hydroxyl groups was modified into acrylate groups by an acrylation reaction. The acrylated oligo urethane ester products were crosslinked with different co-monomers and tested for UV curability and mechanical properties, and they showed outstanding results.

Effects of Terminalia chebula Retz. on the Secretion of Somatostatin in the Small Intestine in Mice 枳实的药理作用。小鼠小肠生长抑素分泌的研究

Objective: This study investigated the effects of Terminalia Chebula Retz. (TC) and its two processed products Rubia cordifolia L. per Terminalia chebula Retz. (RTC) and Euphorbia fischeriana Steud per Terminalia chebula Retz. (ETC) on the secretory activity of somatostatin cells in the small intestine in mice. Methods: A total of 168 twenty-day-old SPF Kunming mice were randomly divided into seven groups, i.e., the control (saline, 0.1 g/kg), high TC, RTC, ETC and low TC, RTC, and ETC groups, and administered drugs for 28 days. The cellular localization and expression of SS in the small intestine were assessed by immunohistochemistry after drug delivery for 7, 14, 21 or 28 days. Results: The Somatostatin(SS)protein was widely distributed in the small intestines of mice. Immuno-reactivity gradually decreased in the duodenum to the ileum. SS immuno-reactivity was significantly lower in the high TC, RTC, ETC and low RTC, and ETC groups compared with the control group after drug delivery for 28 days. The efficacy of RTC was better than that of ETC and obviously better than that of TC. The efficacies of high dosages of TC and its processed products were better than those of low dosages of the drugs. SS cells of various shapes, including cone-, spindle-, and ellipse-shaped SS cells, were observed. A large number of SS cells were found in the intestinal gland epithelium and intestinal lamina propria in the control group, and these cells were widely distributed in epithelial cells in the intestinal mucosa and intestinal gland epithelium in the experimental groups. Conclusion: This study indicates that TC and its processed products play an important role in inhibiting the secretion of SS to different degrees. Fertility Optimization in Humus Soils Using Digital Smart Biosoidam Technology with Real Time Simulation of the Number of Microbial Populations 利用实时模拟微生物种群数量的数字智能生物群落技术优化腐殖质土壤肥力

This research was conducted on humus soils, especially for vegetable plantations, aimed to determine the ability of the soil layer to distribute nutrients and restore soil health and fertility due to the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides. Through microbial activity that is controlled by spreading through a horizontal biohole, this study observes in real time through a micro controller the changes in soil acidity, infiltration rate, electrolyte conductivity levels and porosity levels through soil infiltration rates. Through simulations with the variable microbial population, it can be seen the level of EC and other parameters against the time of observation in real time. From the observations of graphs and EC standards, it can be seen that the ability of the soil fertility level has not reached=1500 uS/cm with a microbial population=103/ cfu supports the planting schedule both during the vegetative growth period and during the generative growth period, so that we will know when is the right time to do: soil recovery, initial planting and when the tubers/flowers/fruit begin to be conditioned. Until cooked based on nutrient values observed through sensors that convert analogue parameters by the micro controller into digital information transmitted by Wi-Fi in real time. The initial condition before simulating the soil fertility value with the Electrolyte Conductivity (EC) parameter is 744 uS/cm, the simulation results are: Simulation A: To start the growth period (vegetative) is achieved on the 8th day with a EC=1053 uS/cm and in the generative period it is reached on the 19th day with a EC=1529 uS/cm. Simulation B: To start the growth period (vegetative) is achieved on the 17th day with a EC=1007 uS/ cm and at the generative period it is reached on the 36nd day with a EC=1520 uS/cm. Simulation C: to start the growth period (vegetative) is achieved on day 32 with an EC=1050 uS/cm and during the generative period it cannot be observed because on observation until day 45 the electrolyte conductivity has not reach=1500 uS/cm.

Anticipation of COVID-19 spread and prevention strategies in Saudi Arabia, a leader in worldwide pandemics management 在全球流行病管理方面处于领先地位的沙特阿拉伯,对COVID-19传播的预测和预防策略

The COVID-19 pandemic, also known as the coronavirus pandemic, is an ongoing pandemic of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) [1]. These viruses harboring the largest genome of 26 to 32kilobases amongst RNA viruses were termed “CoVs” because of their crown-like morphology under an electron microscope [2]. Coronaviruses can cause a variety of severe diseases including respiratory tract diseases and gastroenteritis, and have been identified in mice, rats, chickens, turkeys, swine, dogs, cats, rabbits, horses, cattle, and humans [3-4]. Four human coronaviruses have been identified. HCoV-229E and HCoV-OC43 were identified in the mid-1960s [5], Severe acute respiratory syndrome-related coronavirus (SARS-CoV) causes a life-threatening pneumonia [6], and the most recent one is Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) disease. Since December 2019, the COVID-19 outbreak has become a pandemic that is threatening global health across the world [7]. Infection prevention and control (IPC) is a scientific methodology and practical solution designed to prevent harm caused by infection outbreak to patients and health care providers. It is grounded in infections, the study of disease transmission, sociology and health system reinforcing. IPC occupies a unique position in the field of patient safety and quality universal health coverage. [8]. Saudi Arabia (SA) had a proactive response which has been recognized by doctors and hospitals around the world. This included temporary prohibitions on Umrah and visiting the Prophet’s Mosque due to crowds of visitors from all over the world. Another factor was terminating all forms of public transportation. Additional measures will be discussed in this review in detail.

Introduce: Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is characterized by menstrual disorders (amenorrhea/oligomenorrhea), hirsutism, the appearance of acne, alopecia, and biochemical examination results showed an increase in androgen (testosterone). This study aimed to analyze family stress and expression of the gene INSR in insulin-resistant polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) in Madura. Methods: This is an analytic observational study with a study design case-control, the sample of 50 patients (PCOS cases) and 50 healthy women (Non-PCOS) in Madura Tribe, the research instrument used Kempe Family Stress Inventory (KFSI) and using in-depth interviews, followed by screening for SGOT, SGPT, BUN, Creatinin and GDA, PCR and RFLP on the INSR gene and continued sequencing on 10 samples. Result: The results of family stress reaction family with isolation, low self-esteem or depression average score was 56.4 (SD=4.23). The gene INSR had TT genotype 16.67%, TC 63.33%, and CC 20.00%, the control group had TT genotype 38.24%, TC 44.12%, and CC 17.65%, while in the case group T allele 48.33%, C allele 51.67% and T allele control group 56.67% and C allele 43.33%, based on statistical test chi-square in case and control groups, both genotype and allele had no significant difference (P-value> 0.05). Conclusion: The results showed family stress reaction with isolation, low self-esteem or depression. The expression result of INSR gene yielded was no difference between PCOS and healthy women. It needs to be continued because of racial differences between ethnic groups, especially in Indonesia.

Alternative means for settling disputes are a negotiation and dialogue with the parties to compromise in order to reach an appropriate and satisfactory solution for the parties of the dispute. Interest in alternative means at the local and international level follows growing problems among members of the community, and its side by the accumulation and overstock of case files in judicial bodies around the world, especially in custody matters that have been accumulated by the personal status courts due to the high divorce rates. . There is no doubt that these means will play a vital role in finding quick solutions to settle disputes related to custody, which are one of the most important combinations of society, and that these means represent common goals between the parties of dispute, and great gains for the child for the sake of the safety of his life and the goodness of his upbringing.

It has been shown that the etiology of thyroid, breast and prostate cancer is associated with hereditary and some environmental factors that cause damage to DNA. Protein coding genes are responsible for the development of protein and thus have been reported to be good candidate susceptibility genes for thyroid, breast and prostate cancer. (FOSL1) proteins have important functions in the growth, including the regulation of cell proliferation, differentiation and transformation. There have been studies of elevated levels of FOSL1 in cancers. However, the available methods for measuring FOSL1 levels are direct and quantitative using Poly Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) in real time. In the present study, whole blood was isolated from 100 individuals distributed into four groups as follows: Group 1 included: 25 samples from thyroid cancer patients; Group 2: 25 samples from breast cancer patients; Group 3: 25 samples from prostate cancer and Group 4:25 samples from apparently healthy individuals. The messenger RNA (mRNA) expression levels of FOSL_1in the peripheral blood was analyzed using reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT PCR). The expression of FOSL_1 mRNA in the fold of gene expression in prostatic cancer group was 4 time higher than that of healthy group. That for the breast cancer group was 3 times higher than the healthy group and the thyroid cancer group was 3 times higher than the healthy group., respectively, Using GAPDH as Housekeeping Gene. In conclusion, there is an important link between blood and tumor tissue expression of FOSL1 gene. in thyroid, breast and prostate cancer, could allow the introduction in clinical practice of a simple test that would measure mRNA levels of DNA protein coding genes in peripheral blood samples instead of tissue samples; thus justifying its use as a prognostic and predictive factors in thyroid, breast and prostate cancer patients.

This research aims to analyze the various causes of students’ violence against teachers in educational institutions. Data was qualitatively obtained from the officials of National Education Department of Manado City, supervisors, the police, teachers, and students of Ichtus Vocational High School through interviews, observations and documentation. From the data, it was analyzed that the school does not have a system for monitoring violence, and teachers believed that every violation needs to be punished. The results showed that verbal violence occurred due to punishment for smoking in the class and coming late to school. The death of a teacher due to bleeding from 9 knife stabs on vital body parts by students, is an example of violence against teachers. Although the perpetrators were charged to a minimum sentence of 20 years imprisoned, the National Education Department of North Sulawesi closed and revoked the operational license of the institution and entrusted the students to the private vocational high school in Manado. Management scholars unanimously agree that club administrations live in different conditions to renew their needs and the surrounding conditions, which makes their need for administrative creativity extremely important, so club managers must be keen to develop and develop their capabilities to contribute to solving problems and participate in decision-making that gives them the opportunity to generate ideas New creativity, and the most prominent thing that sports clubs do is their participation in sports forums in order to achieve various goals, and that sports vision has risen in many Arab and international countries. To high levels due to its use of a lot of knowledge and scientific information in various fields with the aim of improving the level of administrative performance now and friendly, and this shows us the importance of the role of managing the phenomenon of administrative creativity and the extent of its impact on the performance of the work of these departments in the clubs, which makes it imperative for the club’s departments to be distinguished by fertility of thinking Creative and increase activities for excellence in administrative work. Therefore, administrative creativity is one of the basic decisions in managing the club's business. The researcher used the descriptive approach of the stereotyped survey because it is more appropriate to the nature of the problem, so the sample method was chosen (intentional) and the research sample consisting of (579) players was chosen for sports clubs participating in the English Premier League football. Season 2020–2021 100% for the research community, the sample was distributed as follows: First: The exploratory research sample, which included (20), players from the research community. Second: The final application sample included (362) players from the research community. The researcher presented the results of the measure of the role of managerial creativity in the performance of administrations of soccer sports clubs in Iraq from the viewpoint of players of excellent clubs.

Systematic Review: Economic Evaluation of Treatment for Human Epithelial Growth Factor Receptor 2-positive Metastatic Breast Cancer from a National Health Insurance Perspective 系统评价:从国家健康保险的角度对人上皮生长因子受体2阳性转移性乳腺癌治疗的经济评价

Background: Economic evaluation is often held from the societal perspective. Even it is important, as the therapy affects greatly to the patients’ life in society, economic evaluation from the payer perspective, is as important as it may help National Health Insurance (NHI) as the payer avert budget deficit as was observed in Indonesia. Unfortunately economic evaluation from the payer’s perspective is very rare to be done. This article compiles and reviews research articles of economic evaluation of therapy for human epithelial growth factor receptor 2-positive metastatic Breast Cancer (mBC) as an alternative to trastuzumab therapy, which has recently been removed from Indonesia’s National Health Insurance coverage. Methods: The literature search was performed according to the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) recommendations and PICO methodology (Population, Intervention, Comparison, and Outcome). Relevant articles were retrieved from online biomedical databases Scopus, PubMed, ScienceDirect, and SAGE Journals. Quality appraisal was performed using a standardized checklist which consisted of items in the CHEC checklist. Results: A total of six articles pertaining to economic evaluation of therapy for HER2-positive mBC from the NHI perspective (period: 2008–2018) were reviewed. Trastuzumab+chemotherapy showed the longest overall survival (OS, 37.8 months) with Progression-free Survival (PFS) of 12.7 months. Trastuzumab+docetaxel as 1st line therapy were associated with the longest PFS (19 months) with a total cost of US$ 12,732. With respect to therapy sequence, 1st line, trastuzumab+pertuzumab+docetaxel; 2nd line, trastuzumab+emtansine ; and 3rd line, lapatinib+capecitabine was associated with the highest quality-adjusted life year (QALY; 1.81) but also the highest total cost and incremental cost (US$360,880 and US$197,250, respectively). The sequence of 1st line, trastuzumab/docetaxel; 2nd line, T-DM1; and 3rd line, trastuzumab/lapatinib was associated the lowest QALY (1.27) but was the most cost-effective (total cost: $158,293). Lapatinib+capecitabine as 2nd line therapy and exemestane monotherapy were associated with the lowest total cost (US$3,190). Conclusion: Lapatinib+capecitabine as 2nd line therapy and exemestane monotherapy show potential as alternatives to trastuzumab therapy for HER-2 positive mBC.
