摘要

目前,储油罐的清洗大多处于人工清洗阶段。人工清洗一方面劳动强度高,高风险因素大,另一方面清洗效率低,导致清洗成本高。针对油罐清洗行业的迫切需求和实际操作情况,本文研制了履带式液压污泥清洗机器人,该机器人在一定程度上可以代替人工清洗油罐。本文主要介绍了机器人的结构和工作过程,以及关键部件的强度校核。然后,对机器人在工作状态下进行了运动学分析。
