Cyber-physical system (CPS), as a core of industry 4.0, plays an essential role in smart manufacturing. However, the implementation of CPS in workshop is a complex task, which is still in its infancy. Then, the architecture of CPS-based workshop is proposed from technical perspective. Next, a conceptual model of CPS-based workshop is developed, which presents the three fundamental elements and closed-loop mechanism of CPS-based workshop. 摘要

近年来,在大规模定制的趋势下,制造企业需要将传统车间转变为智能车间。信息物理系统(CPS)作为工业4.0的核心,在智能制造中发挥着至关重要的作用。通过应用CPS,传统的工作坊将转变为具有智能和灵活性的新范式。然而,CPS在车间的实施是一项复杂的任务,目前还处于起步阶段。因此,本文对基于cps的车间提出了一个全面的视角,可以促进基于cps的车间在工业中的实施。首先确定了基于cps的工作坊的七个特征,包括自我感知、自我意识、自我评估、自我优化、自我调整、自我配置和自我控制。然后,从技术角度提出了基于cps的车间体系结构。其次,建立了基于cps的车间概念模型,提出了基于cps的车间的三个基本要素和闭环机制。最后,以中国机械制造企业为例,说明了在工业中实施cps车间的可行性。
