摘要

在具有复杂表面形状的工业产品的实际计算流体动力学模拟中,预处理对“脏”几何的鲁棒性是一个重要问题。脏的STL(标准三角形语言)数据包含诸如facet之间的间隙、facet的重叠和法向量的翻转等错误。在复杂几何图形的三维建模中,STL数据中的这些误差是难以避免的。在对脏STL文件进行预处理时,使用笛卡尔网格有利于边界拟合网格。本文提出了一种用于笛卡尔网格解算预处理的有符号距离函数的鲁棒自动生成方法。为了保证对复杂、肮脏的STL数据的鲁棒性,该方法利用所有STL方面的信息来确定每个网格点。通过NASA通用研究模型的绕流数值模拟验证了所提出的预处理方法。
