The prevalence of positive cattle sampled was 11.32%, 4.3% and 7.42% in the RBT, 2-ME and FPA tests respectively. The degree of agreement obtained between the serological tests used in cattle was Kappa = 0.506 (p <0.001), 95% CI (0.282 - 0.729). 摘要
