摘要

目的:由于骨骼发育在儿童期和青春期后停止,TW3法不能用于成人年龄测定。本文提出了一种利用人体皮肤隐含年龄信息来评估成人年龄的新方法。方法:在年龄评价系统中采用先进的医学图像处理技术提取人体皮肤图像的粗糙度和熵的量化参数。结果与结论:粗糙度与年龄呈负相关,熵与年龄呈正相关。因此,量化参数与年龄的关系可以从理论上对成人年龄进行评价。传统的使用骨骼的TW3年龄评估系统适用于儿童,而使用人体皮肤的年龄评估方法可以评估年龄范围广的成人年龄。
