This study aims to find out the influence of improving humanresource performance through motivation and discipline in the work environment and to find outwhether there are inhibitory factors and support the improvement of human resource performancethrough motivation and discipline in the work environment. Respondents in this study were selectedusing the proposiv sample method by distributing questionnaires to as many as 53 employees. 摘要

人力资源是指一个人的精神和体力,这是一个组织的重要组成部分。换句话说,一个组织的成功很大程度上取决于其员工的绩效,但在现实中,学校员工的绩效仍然相对较低,这可以从较低的工作时间(不按时)和对任务的责任仍然缺乏看出。因此,校长和研究人员正在努力找出最影响员工的动机和纪律的因素,以便解决学校中经常发生的组织或机构的员工绩效问题,如果不能解决,至少有绩效的改善。本研究旨在找出在工作环境中通过激励和纪律来提高人力资源绩效的影响,并找出在工作环境中是否存在抑制因素,并通过激励和纪律来支持人力资源绩效的提高。本研究采用命题抽样法,对53名员工进行问卷调查。这可以解释为工作环境、纪律和工作动机造成了这种影响。工作环境、纪律和工作动机共同对人力资源绩效有显著的正向影响。
