摘要

提出了考虑自旋轨道相互作用的均匀各向同性变形多晶样品中集体化传导电子与晶体场相互作用的量子模型。得到了应力应变金属中传导电子自旋的动力学方程。结果表明,在稳态情况下,在非均匀扭转条件下,导电电子的平均自旋主要沿电流密度矢量取向。当扭转轴与电流密度矢量正交时,观察到自旋轨道相互作用的最大值。
