摘要

本研究拟探讨结构授权、心理授权与生活满意度的关系。以公立医院护士为目标人群。随机抽取255名护士进行本研究。结果表明,结构授权对生活满意度和心理授权有显著的正向影响。此外,心理授权部分中介结构授权与生活满意度的关系。今后还将对民营医院护士进行此类研究,并对结果进行比较。未来,巴基斯坦其他一些城市的护士,如巴哈瓦尔布尔、伊斯兰堡、木尔坦、费萨拉巴德和卡拉奇也可能包括在内。在这些变量中包含更多的变量也很有价值。
