摘要

为了给子孙后代留下一个宜居的世界,作为可持续发展的重要方面之一,消除环境污染的重要性与日俱增。毫无疑问,在造成环境污染的因素中,船舶的作用是相当高的。海洋也受到船舶日常作业和海上事故的污染。船舶在日常作业中产生的污染,是指船舶将压载水、舱底水、污泥、垃圾等污染物排放入海造成的。此外,船舶的排放和船舶日常运行造成的油和燃料污染也是造成环境污染的重要因素。本研究采用多准则决策方法之一的层次分析法(AHP)对船舶日常作业造成的环境污染现象进行分析,试图确定船舶经营人对环境污染的认知。
