The outer layer presented greater proportions of C18:0 and C20:0, and the inner greater C16:0 and C22:5n-3 with the carbohydrate-based diet. 摘要
本研究的目的是研究饲喂水平(接近维持需求)对伊比利亚猪皮下脂肪分布的影响，这取决于饲料类型(不同脂肪水平:7% vs. 4%)和时间。以碳水化合物为基础的饲料，外层的C18:0和C20:0比例较大，内层的C16:0和C22:5n-3比例较大。另一方面，随着高脂饲料的供应，两蛋鸡的C18:2n-6和C20:3n-9的比例都更高。ReAna I.
