摘要

根据系统风险方法论和金融学理论,提出了风险投资与技术创新发展的模式,分析了风险投资推进的机制和方法。从风险投资可持续发展的角度出发,针对技术创新产业的特点,构建了风险投资与技术创新有机结合的共生模式。然后将该模型应用于风险投资管理和科技创新产业发展中,得到了一个具有实际指导作用的解决方案。最后,引出了开发VC的必要性。在此基础上,运用系统论和比较研究的方法对中国风险投资行业的发展特点进行了分析。
