Subway Construction and Spring Protection in Jinan City 济南市地铁建设与弹簧保护

The community extremely concerned whether the subway construction will have an impact on the spring or not. This paper analyzes the hydrogeology condition difference between pore-fissure water and karst water from geologic structure of the spring area nearby and gives division of suitability for subway construction zone. There is a conclusion that underground section of subway construction will not cause springs drying up.
社会各界极为关注地铁建设是否会对春季产生影响。从附近泉区地质构造出发,分析了孔缝水与岩溶水的水文地质条件差异,并对其进行了地铁建设区适宜性划分。结论是地铁地下段施工不会造成泉水干涸。

Removal of As(III) and As(V) from Drinking Water by Nanoscale Zero-valent Iron 纳米零价铁去除饮用水中砷(III)和砷(V)的研究

Nanoscale zero-valent iron (NZVI) was synthesized in the laboratory for the removal of As(III) (arsenite) and As(V) (arsenate). Average BET surface areas of the particles was 49.16 m2/g, with diameter in the range of 20-40nm. Batch and column experiments were conducted to investigate adsorption kinetics and efficiency of arsenic removal with NZVI. The results showed that both arsenate and arsenite could be removed efficiently by NZVI at pH 7, 22±1 °C. The removal rate for As(¿) and As(V) was over 99.5% within 60 min using 0.25g NZVI. The arsenic adsorption process followed the pseudo-first-order kinetic expression. The surface-area-normalized rate coefficient kSA was 3.42mL/m2•min for As(III). Based on the result, NZVI is a suitable sorbent to treat the drinking water containing arsenic due to its high reactivity.

A Simulation Study on Eco-environmental Effects of Urbanization Using Responsive Model 基于响应模型的城市化生态环境效应模拟研究

Urbanization is a main trend of social-economic development all over the world. But with the scale of urbanization enlarged and the human development intensified, a large scale of infrastructure construction and industry development has given rise to pressures on regional eco-environment for high material consumption and heavy pollution. This paper has taken Jiangxi province as a case and has the application analysis made. Through calculating the comprehensive level of urbanization by means of principle component analysis (PCA) method and comprehensive quality of eco-environment with analytical hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy membership representations (FMR), the paper puts forward response degree model (RDM) and comprehensive response degree model (CRD) by using the economic elasticity function and analyzes the temporal response characteristics and total response intensity of eco-environment to urbanization from 1978-2005 in Jiangxi province. The results reveal that there doesn’t exist corresponding relationship between the urbanization process and eco-environment changing, which concerns with not only urbanized itself advancement pattern, but also the ecological environment construction and protection way.
城市化是世界各国社会经济发展的主要趋势。但随着城市化规模的扩大和人类发展的加剧,大规模的基础设施建设和工业发展给区域生态环境带来了高物质消耗和重污染的压力。本文以江西省为例,进行了应用分析。采用主成分分析法(PCA)计算城市化综合水平,采用层次分析法(AHP)和模糊隶属度表示法(FMR)计算生态环境综合质量,利用经济弹性函数,提出了响应度模型(RDM)和综合响应度模型(CRD),分析了1978—2005年江西省生态环境对城市化的时间响应特征和总响应强度。结果表明,城市化进程与生态环境变化之间不存在对应关系,这不仅与城市化本身的推进方式有关,也与生态环境的建设和保护方式有关。

Research on Ethical Responsibility of Environmental Management of Firm Decision-maker Based on Factor Analysis 基于因子分析的企业决策者环境管理伦理责任研究

In addition to depending on legal and market forces, moral responsibility and value-view of corporate decision-makers are very important factors of solving environmental problems. In this paper, we used factor analysis to study empirically a business decision-makers how to make environmental policy, and implement voluntary environmental management (VEA), from sense of Earth's space, attitude of relationship between man and nature, environmental information controlling, recognition of environmental liabilities and execution of environmental obligations, we try to screen and analyze, the survey found that environmental responsibility of business decision-makers is important factor of voluntary environmental management, but it is sole factor, solutions of environmental problems must be result of common effects between non-economic factors and economic factors.
除了依靠法律和市场力量外,企业决策者的道德责任和价值观也是解决环境问题的重要因素。本文运用因子分析法对企业决策者如何制定环境政策,实施自愿性环境管理(VEA)进行实证研究,从地球空间意识、人与自然关系态度、环境信息控制、环境责任认知和环境义务履行等方面进行筛选分析。调查发现,企业决策者的环境责任是自愿性环境管理的重要因素,但也是唯一因素,环境问题的解决必须是非经济因素和经济因素共同作用的结果。

A Method of Time-frequency Analysis Based on Empirical Mode Decomposition 基于经验模态分解的时频分析方法

Aimed at the nonlinear and non-stationary signals, a method of time-frequency analysis which is called HHT based on Empirical Mode Decomposition is introduced. This method makes any complicated set of data to be decomposed into a finite and often small number of Intrinsic Mode Functions through Empirical Mode Decomposition. So the instantaneous frequency defined by Hilbert transform has a meaning. The validity of the method is displayed through experiment. Then it is compared with the available time-frequency analysis methods. Finally, the related problems in this field that need further study are stated.
针对非线性非平稳信号,提出了一种基于经验模态分解的时频分析方法。该方法通过经验模态分解,将任何复杂的数据集分解为有限的、通常是少量的本征模态函数。所以希尔伯特变换定义的瞬时频率是有意义的。通过实验验证了该方法的有效性。然后与现有的时频分析方法进行了比较。最后,提出了该领域有待进一步研究的相关问题。

Neural Network Non-linear Combination Forecasting Method and Its Application 神经网络非线性组合预测方法及其应用

This paper adopted the artificial neural network, and also introduced the combination forecasting theory, established non-linear combination forecasting model based on artificial neural networks for hydrological time series forecasting. Though practical case calculating, and using the relevant evaluation index to analysis predict results, the results showed that non-linear combination forecasting method based on artificial neural network achieved better results than the original individual forecasting method.
本文采用人工神经网络,并引入组合预测理论,建立了基于人工神经网络的水文时间序列非线性组合预测模型。通过实例计算,并利用相关评价指标对预测结果进行分析,结果表明,基于人工神经网络的非线性组合预测方法比原有的个体预测方法取得了更好的预测效果。

Relationship between Landscape Change and its Driving Factors in Jinghe 泾河地区景观变化及其驱动因素的关系

In this paper, Canonical Correspondence Analysis (CCA) method of quantitative ecology was employed to analyze the relationship between landscape change and its driver factors in Jinghe River Watershed. which located in middle of the Loess Plateau. The watershed was divided into 15 sub-watersheds by hydrological tools. Fourteen landscape indices and nine driver factors in each sub-watershed were measured carefully using GIS statistics and field surveying. The result showed that Land cover appears regional difference in the Jinghe River Watershed and its main drive factors are slope, rainfall, population density, farm mechanism and river density. Slope is positive to forest land and shrub land distribution, while negative to that of building land. Annual precipitation is positive to forest land distribution. Population density is positive to farm land and that of building land distribution. Farm mechanism is negative to farm land ratio and that of shrub land ratio.

Application of Micro Filtration/Reverse Osmosis Techniques in Regeneration of Petro-chemical Wastewater 微滤/反渗透技术在石油化工废水再生中的应用

Micro-flocculation and continuous microfiltration (CMF) processes were used for pretreatment of reverse osmosis (RO), Using CMF and RO techniques, petro-chemical wastewater after secondary treatment was regenerated. The conductivity of the treated wastewater is below 100 μs/cm, oil is below 1 mg/L, turbidity is below 0.5 NTU, SDI is below 3, and the wastewaters all meet the requirement of RO inlet water. The conductivity of the treated wastewater is below 100 μs/cm, the desalinization rate of RO system is above 98%. Completely reach the water standard of the makeup water in the boiler.

However, there may be vibrating imperfect in the construction progress and concrete shrinkage in the hydration process. Thus the application of concrete filled steel tube is not widely in practical engineering. In order to solve this problem, a method using expansive concrete filled steel pipe to replace the ordinary concrete steel pipe was proposed. Experiment and numerical simulation of FEM were employed to analyze feasibility. The experiment is divided into two parts. Firstly, a comparison between the self-stressing expansive concrete and ordinary concrete shrinkage stress was done, the result shows that the self-stressing in expansion of concrete can offset of the shrinkage stress in ordinary concrete. Secondly, FEA was used to prove the compressive properties of the expansive concrete while working with the steel pipe increased somewhat. Finally the conclusion was drawn that the expansive concrete instead of ordinary concrete in the use of steel tube is feasible.
