摘要

由于初期雨水承载了较大比例的污染负荷,初期雨水控制在城市水质管理中起着重要的作用。为了有效地控制非点源负荷,需要采取适当的策略。本文采用暴雨水管理模型(SWMM)对天津市赤龙河泵站服务区NPSL进行了模拟和控制。在不同降雨强度下,得到了初始径流量截留量与相应的NPSL减少量之间的关系,并提出了有效的控制策略。
