摘要

测定了咪唑及其3种主要代谢物(DMFF、DMF、DMA)在水-有机溶剂(正己烷、甲苯、二氯甲烷、氯仿)萃取体系中的分布常数。通过对各体系物质分布的分析,确定了二氯甲烷为同时测定蜂蜜中阿米特拉兹及其代谢物液-液萃取方法的最佳选择。不同添加剂在水-乙腈溶液中的稳定性研究表明,在水-乙腈混合物(1:1,vol.)中,50mm氨水溶液可作为样品最终溶液的溶剂。
