In this paper, an improved method detecting static eccentricity is proposed based on the comparison between the positive sequence current and negative sequence current. Comparing to the traditional method which only focuses on the change of the negative sequence of fundamental frequency current, the method proposed in this paper could be more reliable since the positive sequence current and harmonics current are considered as well. A BLDC motor with static eccentricity in AHU (air handler unit) will be tested. 摘要

由于无刷直流电动机的广泛应用,无刷直流电动机的故障诊断成为一个重要问题。在实际应用的无刷直流电机中,转子故障占无刷直流电机故障的绝大部分。静态偏心和动态偏心是无刷直流电机转子的两大主要故障。本文在对正序电流和负序电流进行比较的基础上,提出了一种改进的静偏心检测方法。与传统的只关注基频电流负序变化的方法相比,由于考虑了正序电流和谐波电流,本文的方法更加可靠。将对AHU(空气处理机组)中具有静偏心的无刷直流电机进行测试。仿真和实验结果验证了该方法的有效性和有效性。
