They were sacrificed on the 15th day of the experiment; cerebrum was harvested, processed, and stained using the hematoxylin and eosin histological technique. Results: Sections of the cerebrum of the experimental groups showed sparse cellular population, microglia infiltration, focal, and liquefactive necrosis when compared to the control group. 摘要

背景:黄芩等药用植物是公认的治疗药物和药物来源。本研究主要考察了黄菖蒲醇提物的药理作用。材料与方法:选用雄性、雌性成年Wistar大鼠16只,体重120 ~ 180 g。随机分为1、2、3、4组,每组4只(N = 4)。对照组(1组)给予生理盐水0.1 ml,实验组2、3、4组分别给予叶提取物200 mg/kg、400 mg/kg、600 mg/kg,持续2周。实验第15天处死;采集大脑,处理,并用苏木精和伊红组织学技术染色。结果:与对照组相比,实验组脑切片细胞群稀疏,小胶质细胞浸润,局灶性坏死,液化性坏死。结论:缬草叶乙醇提取物对成年Wistar大鼠大脑有不良影响。
