摘要

为建立鱼诺达病毒(betanodavirus)所致病毒性神经坏死(VNN)的口服疫苗接种方法,采用红斑石斑鱼神经坏死病毒(RGNNV)灭活疫苗对七带石斑鱼进行免疫。通过饲料连续口服RGNNV疫苗7天,未能在免疫后21天诱导鱼对病毒攻击产生保护作用。然而,肛门插管接种疫苗对鱼产生保护性免疫,尽管无法检测到病毒中和抗体。通过添加辣椒素的饲料口服疫苗也证实了类似的保护性免疫,表明辣椒素调节肠黏膜屏障诱导免疫反应。
