摘要

肺炎克雷伯菌是呼吸道感染、脑膜炎、尿路感染、肠炎和败血症最常见的病原体之一。异常形式的这种细菌和一些其他革兰氏阴性细菌如大肠杆菌等,已报告的主要是在抗生素患者的样本。在此,我们报告了2例呼吸道疾病患者,既往有抗生素暴露史,革兰氏染色显示丝状结构,中心增大和荚膜晕,两种呼吸道标本培养均生长有肺炎克雷伯菌。
