The results show that the partial factors of website quality (information and security) have a significant effect on customer trust and trust has a significant effect on Tokopedia's customer loyalty. 摘要

本研究的目的是确定网站质量对Tokopedia客户信任的影响,以及信任对Tokopedia客户忠诚度的影响。网站质量作为一个自变量,体现在信息、安全、便利、舒适和服务四个方面。数据收集采用非概率抽样方法,对100名受访者进行问卷调查。采用结构方程模型PLS进行模型检验。结果表明,网站质量的部分因素(信息和安全)对客户信任有显著影响,信任对Tokopedia的客户忠诚度有显著影响。本文讨论了研究的意义和建议。
