摘要

建立了在CAN存在下高效、清洁、简便地合成[1,2,4]-三唑-喹唑啉酮和[1,2,4]-三唑-嘧啶衍生物的工艺流程。在温和的反应条件下,该CAN可用于芳香醛、二美酮或乙酰乙酸乙酯与3-氨基-1,2,4-三唑在乙腈中的一锅多组分反应。本工作具有反应时间短、收率高、反应条件温和、产物容易分离、不需要色谱分离等优点。
