Antibacterial activity by using agar plug diffusion method showed that Streptomyces vellosus has capable to inhibits growth of Staphylococcus aureus but not with Eschericia coli and Streptomyces diastaticus has capable to inhibits growth of Eschericia coli but not with Staphylococcus aureus. 摘要

本研究的目的是了解4种内生链霉菌,即灰绿链霉菌、黄链霉菌、散链霉菌和灰绿链霉菌对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌活性,并测定其最大抑菌活性,以清晰带直径表示。琼脂塞扩散法抑菌活性研究表明,黄链霉菌对金黄色葡萄球菌有抑制作用,对大肠杆菌无抑制作用;散链霉菌对大肠杆菌无抑制作用。绒链霉菌和散链霉菌的透明区分别为5、18 mm和7 mm。灰绿链霉菌和灰绿链霉菌在分离期间不能生长。关键词:黄链霉菌;散链霉菌;琼脂塞扩散法
