In this paper, the author made a field mapping and energy consumption survey on a typical residential building in Southern Hunan area, and conducted an indoor test on heat and humidity index in summer and winter. The results are shown as follows: The typical residential buildings in Southern Hunan area are of good thermal insulating properties; and the environmental friendly local materials are easily obtained for construction. 摘要

湘南地区典型的土建住宅为土建结构,即土坯墙、木门、木窗、蓝瓦覆盖的木屋架。本文对湘南地区某典型住宅建筑进行了实地测绘和能耗调查,并在夏季和冬季进行了室内热湿指数测试。结果表明:湘南地区典型住宅具有较好的保温性能;并且很容易获得当地的环保材料进行施工。在本文的最后,作者提出了通过加强气密性和合理通风来克服相对湿度指数高的缺陷的解决方案。
