In-class demonstration experiments give the real time validation or illumination about conceptual theory, especially in the science and engineering teaching progress of undergraduate education. This paper discusses the development and application of an new apparatus based on virtual instrument for in-class experiments demonstrations when the lecture topics need electronic test process. The apparatus is composed of modular circuits, data acquisition card, pc-camera and interface to multimedia computer, combined with the virtual instrument technology and specialty experiment content. It allows the instructor to carry out electronic solutions in real time using real physical devices during lecture rather than completely theoretical illation, which help most students to visualize concepts in the study pattern typically found for engineering students. In general the response was positive with students' recognition of the high value of in-class demonstrations and the apparatus.

Stainless steel is characterized by nonlinear stress-strain behavior, material anisotropy and different mechanical properties in tension and compression. As a result, it is necessary to define stress-strain relations of stainless steel precisely for the researches of mechanical behavior and stability of stainless steel member. This paper reviews the researches in constitutive relations models home and abroad, after introducing, analyzing, comparing the exist models, presents the three-stage stress-strain model proposed by Quach, which is defined using the three basic Ramberg-Osgood parameters and could be used in structural design by the current codes, considering the Quach equation as the most accurate constitutive equation for stainless steel material.

Environmental problem is an unavoidable issue in the process of economic development. So immediately after Environmental Kuznets Curve (EKC) was first posed, it became the centre of the field of ecological economy. Based on the reference study and theoretical analysis, this paper makes a conclusion that the study method needs to be further polished and that cluster analysis is a good approach. This paper introduces hierarchical cluster and classifies 30 districts in China into 3 clusters by using GDP per capital and the ratio of industrial production in GDP of each district, and then studies on the clusters separately with data covering the period from 1997 to 2007. The result supports the existence of EKC but shows uncertainties in future forecasting.

The traditional Chinese medicine industry is a field that has unique advantage and national characteristics in the industrial field of our country. The evaluation of the enterprise core competence plays an important role in the rapid development of the traditional Chinese medicine industry. In this paper, a comprehensive evaluation model of the Chinese medicine enterprise core competence is proposed based on cloud model. First, an index system to evaluate the core competence of Chinese medicine enterprises is constructed based on the previous studies. Then, the weight of factors was mined using analytic hierarchy process method and the transform is executed between the qualitative object and ratio. At last the competence level was described with the digital characteristic figure of cloud model. Testified by the experiment, the model is proved feasible and effective.

With the development of economic globalization, the single competitive advantage of enterprises is gradually replaced by territorial the inter-firm network. The inter-firm network become an important Organizational form with it excellent coordination skill. As an important coordination mechanism in network, trust directly influences the level of competition of the network. The research of trust dimensionality in the network have important influence to the development the of the whole network and the single enterprise, and also provide fundamental basis for local agencies' policy making.

With field investigation, model analysis and data validation, the article analyzes the relevance between micro-credit and farmers' income, and then considers that micro-credit can produce a significant impact on farmers' income and the impact is positive. When farmers have more access to micro-credit and use it directly in production activities，the increase of their income will be more obvious and effective. The article analyzes the question of micro-credit impact on farmers' income and provides the corresponding countermeasures.

The influence of polymercaluminum ferric chloride on activated sludge system was researched by bench-scale experiment.PAFC was dropped into activated sludge system,the influence laws of dehydrogen activity (DHA)、sludge volume index(SVI) and CODCr were analysed.The results show:60mg•L-1 was optimal concentration of PAFC,DHA was increased obviously,SVI was reduced obviously,and concentration of CODCr was decreased obviously.This study clearly indicated:If the proper concentration of PAFC was dorpped into,biological activity of activated sludge system would be heightened, settlement performance be improved,removal of CODCr be increased.

Various types of information system become the core of business process along with the rapid development of modern information technology in the beginning of 1990s,Meanwhile,the internet has also expand to the world.
