Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV)/ Acquired immuno deficiencysyndrome (AIDS) terus meningkat dari tahun ke tahun. Pada tahun 2019 tercatat sebanyak 349.882 orang dengan HIV dan 117.064 orang dengan AIDS. Persentase kumulatif AIDS tertinggi ada pada kelompok usia produktif. Salah satu sektor yang berisiko terinfeksi HIV adalah pekerja di sektor konstruksi yang merupakan High Risk Man yaitu laki-laki mempunyai uang, mobilitas tinggi dan jauh dari keluarga serta berada di lingkungan kerja macho. Dalam rangka menuju eliminasi HIV di Indonesia tahun 2030 khususnya di sektor konstruksi maka perlu penguatan komitmen dari kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat, peningkatan dan perluasan akses layanan skrining, diagnostik dan pengobatan yang komprehensif dan bermutu, penguatan program pencegahan dan pengendalian, penguatan kemitraan, pengembangan inovasi program, penguatan monitoring, evaluasi, dan tindak lanjut.Kata kunci: HIV/AIDS, Pencegahan, pengendalian, pekerja, konstruksi’Abstract. The highest cumulative percentage of AIDS is in the productive age group. One of the sectors at risk of being infected with HIV is workers in the construction sector who are High Risk Man, namely men who have money, high mobility and are far from their families and are in a relatively more macho work environment. In order to eliminate HIV in Indonesia by 2030, especially in the construction sector, it is necessary to strengthen the commitment of the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing, increase and expand access to comprehensive and quality screening, diagnostic and treatment services, strengthen prevention and control programs, strengthen partnerships, develop program innovation, strengthening monitoring, evaluation, and follow-up. Pencegahan dan Pengendalian HIV/AIDS pada Pekerja Konstruksi Menuju Eliminasi HIV di Indonesia tahun 2030
