The texture shape has an important influence on the frictional properties of the textured substrate. The ABAQUS software based on the CEL algorithm was used to compare the friction reduction mechanism of the square groove-like texture and the V-shaped groove-like texture, and the uniformity of the texture shape on the frictional properties of the texture was obtained. The simulation results show that the shape of the texture affects the frictional properties of the textured substrate under lubricating conditions by affecting the stress concentration phenomenon generated on the surface of the textured substrate and the hydrodynamic lubrication effect of the texture. 摘要

合理设计表面织构可以有效控制织构基板的摩擦性能。织构形状对织构基板的摩擦性能有重要影响。采用基于CEL算法的ABAQUS软件对方形类沟槽纹理和v形类沟槽纹理的减摩机理进行了比较,得到了纹理形状对纹理摩擦性能的均匀性。仿真结果表明,织构形状通过影响织构基材表面产生的应力集中现象和织构的流体动力润滑效果,影响了润滑条件下织构基材的摩擦性能。这对织构形状的设计和选择以及润滑模型精度的提高具有一定的参考意义。
