Cancer is the uncontrolled proliferation of the body’s own cell. The cancer cells are dedifferentiated and lose their normal function. Cancer may be of two types metastatic and benign, out of which metastatic cancer is serious form. We are aware of the fact that the cancer cells differ from normal cells in many aspects. One such aspect is pH of cancer cells. The cancer cell has a pH lower than that of the normal cells of the body. In this research, we have prepared target-specific and pH-sensitive bioactive polymer using a combination of different natural polymer like polyvinyl alcohol, sodium alginate in a different ratio. 摘要

由于癌症患者的发病率不断增加以及廉价高效药物的缺乏,癌症是当今研究最多的领域之一。癌症是人体自身细胞不受控制的增殖。癌细胞去分化,失去正常功能。癌症可分为转移性和良性两种类型,其中转移性癌症是严重的形式。我们知道癌细胞在许多方面与正常细胞不同。其中一个方面就是癌细胞的pH值。癌细胞的pH值低于身体正常细胞的pH值。在本研究中,我们利用聚乙烯醇、海藻酸钠等不同的天然聚合物以不同的比例组合制备了靶向性和ph敏感的生物活性聚合物。由于这些聚合物对pH值敏感,它们只会在癌症部位释放装载的药物,从而减少药物的各种副作用和药物毒性。
