Rural Bank Lengayang Kambang Branch. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Rural Bank Lengayang Branch Kambang as many as 43 people. The data collected by the total sampling method and the sampling results obtained were 43 samples. The analytical technique used is descriptive analysis (TCR). The results showed that religiosity had a positive and significant effect on employee turnover intention at PT. Rural Bank Lengayang Kambang Branch and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on the Turnover Intention of employees at PT. 摘要
本研究旨在探讨宗教信仰与工作满意度对农银冷阳坎邦分行员工离职倾向的影响。本次研究的人群均为PT农村银行冷阳分行的员工,共43人。采用全抽样法收集的数据和得到的抽样结果为43个样本。使用的分析技术是描述性分析(TCR)。结果表明,宗教信仰对PT. Rural Bank Lengayang Kambang分行员工离职倾向有正向显著影响,工作满意度对PT. Rural Bank Lengayang Kambang分行员工离职倾向有正向显著影响
