It shows that there is no obvious redistribution of stress, and the fatigue performance of the model under 2 million external load cycles meets the requirements, and has a certain safety reserve. The load amplitude was increased and another 1.5 million cycles were carried out. When the external load cycles to 3.25 million times, cracks appear at the joint of the plate and U-rib. When the external load cycles to 3.5 million times, cracks are found at the symmetrical position of the first crack, and the test is terminated. 摘要

为了研究城市轨道交通钢桥正交各向异性钢桥面的疲劳破坏行为和疲劳强度,以某城市轨道交通斜拉桥主跨梁为研究对象,建立了正交各向异性钢桥面全尺寸试验模型。在试验过程中,观察了结构的应力值和开裂情况,评价了结构的疲劳强度。结果表明:在200万次外载荷循环过程中均未出现裂纹,各关键试验点在每次外载荷循环前后的主拉应力值差异不大;结果表明,模型在200万次外载荷循环作用下的疲劳性能满足要求,且具有一定的安全储备。增加载荷幅值,再进行150万次循环。当外荷载循环至325万次时,板与u型肋连接处出现裂缝。当外荷载循环至350万次时,在第一次裂纹的对称位置发现裂纹,试验终止。本文为同类型桥梁的设计提供了理论和实验依据。
