摘要

报道了利用化学气相沉积技术,利用甘蔗废弃物燃烧合成类石墨烯纳米片的研究进展。所得材料经化学和退火纯化。利用拉曼光谱、光谱学和电子显微镜对合成和处理后的样品进行了研究。在拉曼光谱中,观察到三个突出的峰,并分析了它们的出现。在显微镜研究中,观察到GNF的面积在5至50µm2的范围内变化,并伴有低结晶度,翘曲和皱纹的细节。
