摘要

“互联网+”环保公益项目团队成员大多是临时招募的,因此,项目团队内部经常出现角色混乱、职责不清的情况。考虑到行为是角色分类的基础,本研究结合“互联网+”环境公益项目成员的实际行为,探索项目生命周期各阶段所需要的角色。我们提出了一个基于扎根理论的模型,该模型在每个阶段分别包含五个、四个和三个关键角色。具体而言,项目准备阶段包括企业家、联络人、资源调查员、塑造者和实施者;项目执行阶段包括干扰处理者、实施者、完成者和协调者;项目收尾阶段包括负责人、完成者和发言人。该模型为参与“互联网+”环境公益项目招聘和管理决策的从业者提供了理论依据。
