Firstly, by collecting and integrating multi-source heterogeneous data such as equipment parameters, operating parameters, and environmental parameter, a separator failure model was constructed, its failure probability and area of failure consequences were calculated, and its risk was ranked so as to establish inspection cycle and inspection measures. Then, computer-aided software was developed based on RBI method by using advanced sensing technology and big data analysis technology.
