Collaborative Government Dalam Mewujudkan Inovasi Pelayanan Publik

Sleman District along with the Community Information Group (KIM) created an innovation called Sunmor Sembada Minggu Pahing. Sunmor Sembada Minggu Pahing Innovation is an activity to solve three main problems that exist in Sleman District, namely in the fields of economy, culture, and education. This innovation is included in the TOP 99 Public Service Innovation 2017. The purpose of this study is to find out how the implementation of the integrated service innovation Sunmor Sembada Minggu Pahing. The method used in this study is qualitative. The implementation of Sunmor activities is very effective in the economic and cultural fields and has a positive impact on SMEs and art groups in Sleman District. People feel satisfied with the existence of these innovations. However, the implementation of these innovation activities has not been fully implemented optimally. Factors that influence the success of this activity are human resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure.
