摘要

男性患者，12岁，足球运动员，6个月前右眼钝性足球外伤史，同一只眼低视力就诊。眼科检查显示:右眼1米数指视力(OD)，左眼20/20视力(OS)。双眼生物显微镜检查无异常，眼压测量正常。眼底镜检查发现，患者外侧有黄斑孔，OS检查与正常相符。
