Vocational education is a part of the national education system that has very strategic roles for forming skillful employees. However, in reality, it shows that not all vocational education is capable of producing quality graduates as evidenced by the lack of knowledge and skills possessed. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influences of skill, knowledge, attitude, and morality toward achievement. This research is a causal research type by a quantitative approach. The population in this research is 278 people at government agencies as a user of the graduated student from the college under the supervision of the Center for Human Resources Development on Civil Aviation (CHRDCA). The sampling technique uses total sampling. Data collection uses questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. 摘要

职业教育作为培养劳动力的重要角色之一,必须能够适应不断变化和发展的市场需求。职业教育是国民教育体系的重要组成部分,对培养技能型人才具有重要的战略意义。然而,在现实中,这表明并不是所有的职业教育都能培养出高素质的毕业生,这体现在知识和技能的缺乏上。本研究的目的是分析技能、知识、态度和道德对成就的影响。本研究是一种定量的因果研究类型。本研究的研究对象为民航人力资源开发中心(CHRDCA)监管下的高校毕业生278人,作为政府机关的用户。抽样技术使用总抽样。数据收集采用问卷调查。使用的数据分析技术是多元线性回归分析。本研究结果显示,技能、知识、态度和道德对工作成就有显著的正向影响。
