Pengaruh Keterampilan Kewirausahaan Dan Karakteristik Individu Terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha UMKM Di Kelurahan Kambo Kota Palopo

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of entrepreneurial skill and characteristics on business success. The population and sample of this research are UMKM actors in Kambo Village. Thys type of data research uses primary data in the form of a questionnaire. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis using statistical packages for social science. The results of the study indicate that entrepreneurial skills and individual characteristics have a positive and significant impact on business success in micro, small an medium enterprises in Kambo Village.
