Every student has talent, namely the ability that stands out in one aspect of personality, which is obtained as an innate. Therefore, since birth, every student is not stupid, there are children who are intelligent in different aspects. This type of research is qualitative research, data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis technique with reduction stage, data presentation stage and conclusion drawing. The results of the study found that the application of teachers in developing multipple intelligences in class IX students of MTS Al Ikhlas Pangkalan Susu was very good, although not perfect and had not yet achieved educational goals that were in accordance with covid learning and distance learning, learning methods and strategies that used various teachers, in order to teachers develop multiple intelligences during a pandemic. The factors supporting teachers in developing multiple intelligences include 1). Human Resources, 2) The intelligence of students in doing assignments, 3). Student interest in learning. 4). Supporting facilities. 摘要
基于学生各种智力的发展,人们认为每个学生天生都有不止一种才能。每个学生都有天赋,即在个性的某一方面脱颖而出的能力,这是与生俱来的。所以,从出生开始,每个学生都不是笨的,都有在不同方面聪明的孩子。这种类型的研究是定性研究,数据收集技术通过观察,访谈和文件。数据分析技术,包括简化阶段、数据呈现阶段和结论绘制阶段。研究结果发现,在MTS Al Ikhlas Pangkalan Susu九年级学生中,教师在发展多元智能方面的应用非常好,尽管并不完美,尚未达到符合covid学习和远程学习的教育目标,使用不同教师的学习方法和策略,以便教师在大流行期间发展多元智能。支持教师发展多元智能的因素包括:1)人力资源;2)学生的作业智能;3)学生的学习兴趣。4)配套设施。而抑制因素是:缺乏对学生潜力的引导,克服它的方法是提供额外的时间,提高教师的素质和能力,并为表现优异的学生提供赞赏证书。
