The methodology comprises logical and mathematics & statistics components. The study focuses on developing a financial stability assessment methodology that fully covers the engineering design specifics. The methodology is a three-step one. The first step consists in the criteria-based systematization of financial stability (financial reliability, financial mobility, financial stability, financial solvency and financial performance). A number of indicators have been defined for each criterion. The indicators characterizing engineering design operations are emphasized. For instance, the Design Management Process Chart has been developed to assess engineering design works for compliance with market needs and design documentation mandatory requirements. At the second step, the optimized ranges of financial stability indicators are calculated and verified. The third step provides the integral assessment of financial stability. The proposed methodology of the design company financial stability comprehensive assessment helps estimate the impact of internal and external factors, calculate financial stability integral indicators and use them to rank the regional design companies, and draw up the potential strategies to ensure financial stability of a business entity. 摘要

本文综述了设计公司财务稳定性综合评价的方法。该方法包括逻辑和数学与统计部分。本研究的重点是开发一种全面涵盖工程设计细节的金融稳定性评估方法。该方法分为三步。第一步是基于标准的金融稳定性系统化(金融可靠性、金融流动性、金融稳定性、金融偿付能力和金融绩效)。每项标准都规定了若干指标。强调了工程设计操作的特征指标。例如,我们编制了设计管理流程图,以评估工程设计工作是否符合市场需要和设计文件的强制性要求。第二步,计算并验证金融稳定指标的优化范围。第三步是对金融稳定性的整体评估。本文提出的设计公司财务稳定性综合评价方法有助于估计内外部因素的影响,计算财务稳定性积分指标并利用其对区域设计公司进行排名,并制定确保企业实体财务稳定性的潜在策略。该方法已在伏尔加格勒地区的设计公司中进行了测试。
