In this setting, this research holds the aim of examining the effects of work-family conflict on job stress, organizational commitment and job performance of teachers. General findings of the research are the concrete negative effect of work-family conflict on job stress and partial effect on organizational commitment. 摘要

现代生活在各个方面都有很多问题,工作与家庭的冲突是影响很大的因素之一。这个话题受到许多学者的关注,以发现员工在学习生活中的态度。工作家庭冲突除了对员工的组织承诺、工作压力和工作绩效有影响外,还会对其他常见因素产生影响。在此背景下,本研究旨在探讨工作家庭冲突对教师工作压力、组织承诺和工作绩效的影响。研究的总体发现是工作家庭冲突对工作压力的具体负向影响和对组织承诺的部分负向影响。研究还发现,工作压力对组织承诺有负向影响。
