This research is a qualitative descriptive research. Informants in this study were school principals, teachers of reading and writing the Koran, and students. with data analysis techniques namely observation, interviews and documentation, while data analysis techniques using data collection namely data reduction, data presentation, and and drawing conclusions and verification. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the planning of the Al-Qur'an reading and writing program in improving the ability to read the Qur'an was carried out by determining learning objectives, selecting learning materials, determining the methods used, and conducting learning evaluations. As well as the implementation of the Koran reading and writing program in improving the ability to read the Koran through three stages, namely the first preliminary activity, in this activity the teacher usually prays before learning. The two core activities, in this activity the teacher usually carries out according to the learning steps with the method used. 摘要

本研究旨在确定可兰经读写计划在提高可兰经阅读能力方面的规划与实施。本研究为定性描述性研究。这项研究的调查对象是学校校长、教授《可兰经》阅读和写作的教师以及学生。使用数据分析技术,即观察,访谈和文件,而数据分析技术使用数据收集,即数据减少,数据呈现,并得出结论和验证。根据研究结果,通过确定学习目标、选择学习材料、确定学习方法、进行学习评价等几个方面,对提高《古兰经》阅读能力的《古兰经》读写计划进行规划。以及实施《古兰经》读写计划,通过三个阶段提高学生的《古兰经》阅读能力,即第一阶段的预备活动,在此活动中教师通常在学习前进行祈祷。这两个核心活动,在这个活动中,教师通常按照学习步骤和使用的方法进行。第三个收尾活动,在这个活动中老师通常会进行评价和强化。
