Research of fluid flow dynamics in the hydraulic system was made with main assumptions: system flow rate in the range from 5 to 100 l/min, diameter of the hoses and repairing fitting are 3/8\". The pressure drops, power losses, flow coefficients at non-repaired and after maintenance hose was obtained as a result. 摘要

运输机械液压传动的可靠性和维护分析,主要集中在动力单元:泵,气缸等,没有考虑到连接元件。因此,本文提出了高压软管及接头在技术维修中的研究分析。本文对未修复高压软管和修复后高压软管内的流体特性和能效进行了对比分析。高压软管内液压过程的理论和实验研究结果是基于Navier-Stokes方程的数值模拟和高压软管内流体流动压力的实验测量。对液压系统流体流动动力学进行了研究,主要假设系统流量为5 ~ 100l /min,软管和修复管件直径为3/8”。得到了未维修和维修后软管的压降、功率损失、流量系数。通过物理实验测量压力损失,验证了仿真结果。
