Study of structural phase transitions is of significant interest with fundamental point of view and, at present time, it is a subject of the intensive theoretical and experimental researches in various areas of physics. Such transitions are the phase transformations (of configuration, topology, polymorphic, or solid-liquid transitions) in strongly coupled systems, which consist in a structure reorganization of these systems and, in most cases, lead to a change of their symmetry type.
