摘要

本文建立了一种简便、可靠、重现性好的毛细管区带电泳-安培检测法测定人尿中柔红霉素的方法。碳盘电极用作工作电极的碳盘电极最佳分离检测条件为pH为7.8的磷酸缓冲液(0.15 mol/l),分离电压为8 kV,检测电位为0.95 V(相对于Ag/AgCl, 3 mol/l KCl)。线性范围为2×10−6 ~ 2×10−4 mol/l,回归系数为0.9995,检出限为8×10−7 mol/l。本文建立的方法直接应用于仿人尿中柔红霉素的测定,除过滤外无需其他样品前处理,测定结果令人满意。
