摘要

杂交鲷鱼(BBTB)是由钝口鲷(Megalobrama amblycephala, 2n = 48, BSB,♀)与顶口鲷(culter alburnus, 2n = 48, TC,♂)杂交而成的优质鲷鱼。本研究为探索咸淡水环境下BBTB的人工繁殖规律,选取150对平均体重为1000 g的BBTB作为育苗鱼,在南沙(南帆)淡水鱼养殖中心(2‰-5‰咸淡水)进行了成功的人工繁殖实验。受精率为86%,孵化率为78%,共获得幼虫180万条。培养26天后,成虫40万条,成活率为22%。本研究对鱼类遗传学的基础理论和应用具有重要意义。
