The study is characterized as causal, survey and quantitative. The sample included 287 respondents. Data were analyzed by structural equation modeling. A positive ratio between culture of innovation and performance in innovation of products and processes was realized. 摘要
本研究旨在分析创新文化对Vale do Itajaí - SC纺织行业产品和工艺创新绩效的影响。本研究具有因果性、调查性和定量性的特点。样本包括287名受访者。采用结构方程模型对数据进行分析。实现了创新文化与产品和工艺创新绩效之间的正相关关系。研究发现,创新文化对过程的影响大于对产品的影响,并且组织的规模对产品和过程创新的绩效没有影响。
