The results showed that the absorption, distribution, and metabolism of Zuogui Pill varied widely under different states. The bioavailability of most active components showed significant advantages in osteoporotic rats with kidney-yin-deficiency, which corresponds to the opinion that Zuogui Pill has the effect of nourishing kidney-yin. 摘要

左归丸是一种补肾益阴的中药配方,在中国被广泛用于治疗肾虚骨质疏松症。本研究建立了高效、准确的液相色谱-串联质谱法测定大鼠口服左归丸后血浆中5种生物活性物质的浓度。由于生理病理条件下药物的吸收和分布存在差异,采用所建立的方法定量测定不同证型骨质疏松大鼠血液成分及其动态变化。此外,还进行了综合药代动力学研究,以描述中药的整体药代动力学特征。结果表明,左归丸在不同状态下的吸收、分布和代谢变化较大。多数活性成分在肾阴虚骨质疏松大鼠体内的生物利用度有显著优势,与左归丸具有滋肾阴虚作用的观点相一致。希望这一发现能够解释左归丸治疗肾虚骨质疏松症的药效学物质及作用机制。
