Using a novel sampling technique, this study reports on actual and potential adult customers of CSEC in two areas in Kathmandu (<i>n</i> = 466). Controlling for refusal conversion, age, education, and income, higher scores on a new Love-Fantasy Scale (LFS) were associated with increased odds of purchasing sex from young girls, as were patriarchal norms emphasizing the power of men.
