副溶血性弧菌O10:K4血清型主要从中国的暴发和散发病例中分离出来。在此，我们报告泰国首例从急性腹泻住院患者中分离出的副溶血性弧菌O10:K4感染病例。我们对O10:K4株进行了全基因组测序，并将其与大流行O3:K6株、中国O10:K4株以及其他临床和环境菌株进行了比较。结果表明，O10:K4毒株不仅仅是大流行的O3:K6毒株的血清型变异，证实了O10:K4毒株的出现已蔓延到东南亚。
