A sample (N = 983) was surveyed with a questionnaire. The results showed that somewhat more than half of the students (57.4%) decided to apply for a bachelor's degree whereas the rest decided to work (22.4%) or undecided (20.2%). Academic performance, grade, gender, study major, and career adaptability were shown to predict decision-making. By contrast, educational identity did not predict participants' career decision-making.
