摘要

本研究首次鉴定出兔附睾精子线粒体中13种蛋白对应的23个蛋白点。在胁迫诱导样品中鉴定的蛋白质斑点组中,20个蛋白质斑点的丰度增加,而3个蛋白质斑点(GSTM3, CUNH9orf172, ODF1)的丰度相对于对照降低。本研究结果为进一步研究氧化应激(OS)病理过程的分子机制提供了有价值的输入。
